Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Movvapp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a moving company, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for that business.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• One account per person or business, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Movvapp connects customers looking to move with independent, third-party moving service providers. We do not employ providers and are not a party to the moving contract between a customer and a provider.

Providers are responsible for the quality, pricing, and delivery of the services they list. Customers are responsible for reviewing provider details before booking a move.

Some features, such as provider subscription plans, involve recurring payments. Charges are processed through our supported payment partners and are billed according to the plan you select at checkout.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or reviews.
• Attempting to bypass platform security or scrape data without permission.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.

We may suspend or terminate access to Movvapp at any time if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated. You may stop using the service and deactivate your account at any time from your profile settings.

Movvapp is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from disputes between customers and providers, or from the acts or omissions of any provider listed on the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email, and continued use of Movvapp after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
